Rico's Tacos La Comadre started as a family kitchen in Franklin, North Carolina — a place where the smell of cilantro, cumin, and slow-cooked carne asada would drift out the door and bring neighbors in.
Today, we still start every morning the same way: hand-rolling tortillas, prepping vegetables, and simmering sauces that have been in our family for generations. Every taco we serve carries that same warmth and intention.
